HOME STAGING

The way you live in a home and the way you sell your house are two different things. You are earning yourself money with the time and energy you invest getting your home ready for sale. By preparing your home for sale, you will be so much farther ahead of the competition. Just like products on the shelf at the store. A buyer buys the best available product, at the best availbale product, at the best price, in the best packaging to meet their needs, The 6 C's of Staging- 1. Clean 2. Clutter free 3. Color 4.Creativity 5. Compromise 6.Commitment
Your home becomes a house it becomes a product for sale on the open market, and the public will be coming through. Buyers, agrents and appraisers only know what they see, not the way a house can be. What is Home Staging and how does it help me sell my house? "Home Staging" is not a new term, for many homeowners and real estate agents the concept of "professional home staging" is shedding new light on how to promote a home in the real estate market place.
In the past years, homeowners were left to their own discretion as far as preparing for open houses. Homeowners occasionally rely on real estate agents for intructions, more often than not real estate agents were just as challanged at working out the details as the homeowner. While agents are experts in the field of selling and closing, many are not design savvy. That's where Susan A Chen comes in. Agents usually know exactly what factors can help sell a home. It's just not always easy to get a home into selling condition in a timely manner without some sort of experienced assistance. Professional home stagers are experienced in the art of preparing a home for resale.
We work with the "flow of home, eliminate clutter, edit and arrange furniture, and even assist in enhancing curb-appeal. With the aid of S.A.C. Interiors your house can make a notable first impression on potential homebuyers.
Making A Great First Impression: As the real estate industry often stresses, the first impression is the key factor in selling your home. A potential buyers make up their mind ten seconds after they step into the front door. Potential buyers were already forming an opinion as they pulled into your driveway! A home should always be presented at it's best the first time around. You never get a second chance to make a first impression! How Much Does It Cost ? Just like any service, pricing in the home staging industry can vary over a wide range. We charge two ways an hourly rate. If it's a small project. For larger job we have a set fee for entire jobs call S.A.C. Interiors for more details

Windows

There are so many ways to dress your windows, and so many different materials & styles to choose from.
It could be very overwhelming and you may not know where to begin.

To narrow the field, consider what you want from your window treatment.

Is it just for decorative looks, Does it block out the light? Do you want privacy? Or do you want a combintaion of all three.

A combintaion of sheers and curtains or fabric or blinds that allows the light in while still remaining privacy.

Look at your window and assess how much light is being let in. Do you enjoy the view or would you like to block it out?

Once you have established your requirements, you can start to consider the effect you want to create.

Where do I begin?

When you are starting out or you have taken the plunge to buy your first home, the urge to decorate, redesign, & renovate is overwhelming.

You may have tons of ideas, but you may not know where to start.

Walls and floors are the starting point for decorating any room. With the right colors and textures you will set the scene for the rest of the decor, with the furniture accessories and window treatments adding the elements of style.

When it comes to decorating and furnishing interiors, floors can often be neglected. By addind a rug you can introduce instant color and patterns to a large area and establish the look of the room.

When a room has been decorated successfully, simply walking into the space can be warm and inviting.

Great decorating makes a home feel as good as it looks.

The key to great decorating is to work in stages and build your room.

Start with the bare walls and fill spaces according to your budget and needs.

It's a New Day !

Have you ever woke up and thought to yourself, l need to sleep for 2 more days? When you look around, something just seems off centered, I've had those days to, one thing I've realized, it's up to me how the rest of the day will turn out, yes, it's my attitude, I must ask myself, is everything in order, when I look at my bedroom is it dull or delightful, does it really describe who I am?

I do understand it's not to late, it's a new day, a new season. Maybe I should add a fresh coat of paint on my walls, store the summer pillows and accessories, bring out some fun chocolate pillows and a chennel throw, add some pumkin candles and get ready to light the fireplace to enjoy many cozy evenings with family and friends, yes, this is just what I needed to get me excited to take on the world, because it's a new day.

If you need assistance creating your new day contact SAC Interiors or Royal T Interiors, they can help you with all of your Interior Design needs.
