HOME STAGING

The way you live in a home and the way you sell your house are two different things. You are earning yourself money with the time and energy you invest getting your home ready for sale. By preparing your home for sale, you will be so much farther ahead of the competition. Just like products on the shelf at the store. A buyer buys the best available product, at the best availbale product, at the best price, in the best packaging to meet their needs, The 6 C's of Staging- 1. Clean 2. Clutter free 3. Color 4.Creativity 5. Compromise 6.Commitment
Your home becomes a house it becomes a product for sale on the open market, and the public will be coming through. Buyers, agrents and appraisers only know what they see, not the way a house can be. What is Home Staging and how does it help me sell my house? "Home Staging" is not a new term, for many homeowners and real estate agents the concept of "professional home staging" is shedding new light on how to promote a home in the real estate market place.
In the past years, homeowners were left to their own discretion as far as preparing for open houses. Homeowners occasionally rely on real estate agents for intructions, more often than not real estate agents were just as challanged at working out the details as the homeowner. While agents are experts in the field of selling and closing, many are not design savvy. That's where Susan A Chen comes in. Agents usually know exactly what factors can help sell a home. It's just not always easy to get a home into selling condition in a timely manner without some sort of experienced assistance. Professional home stagers are experienced in the art of preparing a home for resale.

Windows

There are so many ways to dress your windows, and so many different materials & styles to choose from.
It could be very overwhelming and you may not know where to begin.

To narrow the field, consider what you want from your window treatment.

Is it just for decorative looks, Does it block out the light? Do you want privacy? Or do you want a combintaion of all three.

A combintaion of sheers and curtains or fabric or blinds that allows the light in while still remaining privacy.

Look at your window and assess how much light is being let in. Do you enjoy the view or would you like to block it out?

Once you have established your requirements, you can start to consider the effect you want to create.
