- S.A.C. Interiors, LTD is based in New York with locations in Arizona. S.A.C. Interiors was founded by Susan Chen after years of freelance design work. Susan was orignally trained as an electrician for Local 3, she has worked on both residential and commercial jobs from concept to complection. While S.A.C. Interiors offers a wide range of design services, we have created what has become our signature style: Blending a mix of eclectric and transitional styles. Our design styles are as diverse as our clients. We draw on inspirations from around the world including Asia and African influences. S.A.C.
